background check integration error =  User not found: CompanyLogin='UPA', UserRefId='XXXXXXXX', PackageId='XXXXXX'

This error message indicates the recruiter ID pulled into the integration data is not properly set up with an active account on the UPA account for Penn at Hire Right. 

To resolve this needs to go to Beverly Carter or someone on Nicole's team to contact Hire Right and ensure the person with the UsedrRefID (PennID) on the error is set up with an active account in Hire Right.

In the meantime, Workday Ops can relaunch the integration replacing the User ID with someone who already has access.
